Who we are
Good Trends Collect ("we", "us") operates goodtrendscollect.com from 13105 NW 47th Ave, Opa-locka, FL 33054, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, place an order, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone number, delivery address, items ordered, order notes and promo code.
- Messages: what you send through our contact form, by email or by phone.
- Newsletter: your email address and the date you subscribed.
- Payment: card details are entered only on our payment provider's secure page. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Browser storage: your cart, chosen shipping method and promo code are saved in your own browser (localStorage) so the cart persists between visits. They are not sent to us until you place an order.
- Basic technical data: our web host may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order and send the payment link and order emails.
- To answer questions and handle returns.
- To send The Trend Note if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the store: our payment provider, shipping carriers, email and form delivery services, and our web host. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and customers.
Text messages and calls
We do not send marketing text messages or make marketing calls. If we ever offer them, we will ask for your separate written consent first, as required by the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (section 501.059, Florida Statutes) and federal law, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Fonts
Our pages use Google Fonts. Loading them lets Google receive your IP address and browser information under Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (generally up to seven years). Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Newsletter addresses are deleted when you unsubscribe, except for a suppression record so we do not email you again.
Security and data breaches
We use HTTPS, limit access to customer information and work with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a breach of personal information affects you, we will notify you and, where required, the Florida Department of Legal Affairs, as required by the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (section 501.171, Florida Statutes), without unreasonable delay and no later than 30 days after we determine a breach occurred, unless law enforcement asks us to delay.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop sending marketing email. Email support@goodtrendscollect.com or call +1 305-769-9929. We will respond within 45 days. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies to much larger businesses than ours, but we honor these requests for all customers, wherever they live. Residents of other states may have additional rights under their state's law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the home page.
