How do I pay for my order?
Place your order without entering card details. Within one business day we email a secure payment link for the order total plus any Florida sales tax and county surtax for your delivery address. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Apple Pay, and we ship once payment is complete.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.75 and free on orders of $55 or more after discounts. Express is $15.95 flat. Gift cards and software codes are emailed, so they never need shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are packed within one business day of payment. Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days and express 1 to 3 business days. Addresses in Miami-Dade and Broward are often faster. During hurricane watches and warnings carriers may pause pickups, and we email you if your order is affected.
What is the trend of the day?
Each day one physical product is 13% off until midnight Eastern Time. The price shows on the product, in your cart and at checkout. The TRENDS10 code does not stack with it.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. TRENDS10 takes 10% off eligible items. It does not apply to eGift cards or to the trend of the day.
What is your return policy?
Unused physical items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Delivered gift card and software codes are final sale. Damaged or wrong items are always on us.
